Technowrap™ Composite Repairs
Ensuring the safety of helideck landing areas is critical for offshore operations. Gecric Integrity’s trained personnel conduct comprehensive helideck assessments in accordance with the UK Civil Aviation Authority’s (UKCAA) CAP 437 standards, utilizing the Micro GripTester to measure surface friction. This device provides accurate, continuous friction measurements, essential for maintaining safe helicopter landing conditions. Regular friction testing is mandated under CAP 437 to ensure helidecks meet safety requirements. By adhering to these standards and employing advanced testing equipment, Gecric Integrity enhances the safety and reliability of helideck operations.
Quickflange™ Weldless Connectors
Quickflange™ revolutionizes flange-to-pipe connections by providing a permanent, mechanically robust alternative to traditional welding. This technology ensures rapid and safe installations, eliminating the need for hot work and offering a cost-effective solution for improving pipeline integrity and flow assurance. The Quickflange™ system caters to a wide range of pipe sizes (¾” to 14”), material types (including Carbon Steel, Stainless 316, Duplex, Super Duplex, 6Mo, Copper-Nickel & Nickel Alloy), and pressure classes (150# to 900#, with availability up to 2500# on request). With over 20 years of proven track record, Quickflange™ offers an 80% time saving over traditional welding methods and is recognised with industry approvals from DNV and ABS.
